Jim Ladd

Vice President, Marketing

Jim joined PSIvet in August, 2018 as the Director of Marketing and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in July 2020. His primary role is to oversee all marketing and communication functions within the organization. Jim has expertise in business vision, strategic planning, brand development and digital campaigns that motivate audiences. Prior to joining PSIvet, Jim was the Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Vetstreet. Jim led Vetstreet’s marketing team through 6 years of tremendous growth resulting in 2 acquisitions by VCA Antech in 2011 and Henry Schein Animal Health in 2016.

Previously, Jim worked on the advertising agency side of the business and has worked with local, regional and global companies spanning a wide range of industries. Ever the entrepreneur, Jim looks for opportunities to help build things. Whether its developing brands, promoting companies or enhancing campaigns, he continuously strives to bring new ideas to life.

Jim currently lives in St. Petersburg, Florida and is married 35 years with three adult children. He still maintains a home in New Jersey and has deep family roots there. In his spare time he enjoys time with his family, riding his motorcycle or relaxing on his boat.

Dan Jones

Executive Director of Business Development

DVM

Dr. Jones is a Veterinarian who has been an independent veterinary practice owner for more than 30 years. He owned and operated two general medicine practices from 1987 through 1999, and he owned an emergency specialty practice from 1992 until 2019. Dr. Jones is currently the Director of Operations and Business Development for PSIvet and has held that position for the last seven years. His main responsibility at PSIvet is managing vendor contracts and relationships. Dan’s background includes 13 years with Banfield in numerous positions from practicing veterinarian to Vice President of Medical Leadership.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1980 and completed his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1984 from Auburn University.

Dan’s hobbies are golf, fishing and travel. His wife Cassie is a respiratory therapist in a neonatal intensive care unit. Together, they have two adult daughters Angela and Kelly, and two granddaughters, Acacia and Margo.

Lacey Davis

Executive Director of Membership Services

Lacey Davis has been with PSIvet since 2008. She oversees PSIvet’s network of District Managers, Area Managers, and Education team that service our member practices, and is responsible for all sales analytics.

She earned her B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Eckerd College in 2003. Her background includes working all positions within the veterinary clinic while working her way up to managing a 24-hour emergency practice. She also held an internship at Zoo Atlanta in the primate department.

During her tenure with PSIvet, Lacey Davis has been an Area Manager, Team Trainer, and District Manager before taking the role of Director of Membership Services. She has won awards for sales growth, compliance, and team performance, as well as being the first recipient of the P.E.T. Training Excellence Award.

While Lacey Davis is traveling with PSIvet her husband and 10-year-old son hold down the fort and tend to their zoo in Johns Creek, Ga., which includes two big lazy mixed breed dogs, a couple of crazy cats, and one very large pampered sulcata tortoise.

Katerina Williamson

Strategic Account Manager

Katerina Williamson has been in the Veterinary industry for 20+ years. She became a CVT in 2004 and spent 8 years working in animal welfare before returning to private practice in 2012. From there she held various management positions.

Katerina started at PSIvet in 2018 as a Vendor Relationship Manager. She currently manages a majority of PSIvet partners.

Katerina currently lives in Clearwater Florida where she shares a home with her daughter Zoey, her fiancé, and many, many pets. In her spare time, she enjoys the great outdoors with her family.

Melissa Wendt

Sr. Manager of Education

Melissa Wendt has been involved in the veterinary profession for more than 20 years. She began as a volunteer in her local veterinary hospital and worked her way through the ranks with her most recent clinic experience as a Practice Manager for a six-doctor hospital with two locations. In particular, Melissa enjoys staff training, inventory management, client relations, and Avimark training. Currently, she is undergoing certification to become a CVPM.

As a ten-year veteran of PSIvet, Melissa finds it fulfilling to be able to bring her clinical and veterinary business experience to our member hospitals, helping them raise their level of productivity and revenue potential. A benefit of PSIvet membership is access to a team of people committed to being an advocate for your practice. As a member of that team, she has the ability and resources to help you with everything from staff education to cost containment. There is no additional cost to utilize her services; she is an extension of your team and a conduit to ancillary services available to our independent veterinary hospitals.

Dianna Lally

Director of Operations

Dianna Lally, CPA, Controller – Ms. Lally is a licensed CPA in California and Hawaii and joined PSI in 2017. She oversees the Accounting department and Administrative staff in the Corporate Office.

Prior to joining PSI, Ms. Lally held Controllership positions, where she was involved with acquisitions, cash management, sale of divisions of business entities, restructuring, multiple software conversions, establishment and/or documentation of policies and procedures, and internal and external reporting and consolidations, budgeting and forecasting. She has experience in a wide variety of industries, including, but not limited to: small business, construction, real estate, non-profit, manufacturing, passenger vehicle and heavy equipment dealerships, high-tech, distribution, agriculture and bio-science. Dianna has worked with a combination of closely held and publicly held entities.

Ms. Lally holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and is an alumnus of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Los Angeles and Orange County California offices. She belongs to the AICPA, Florida Institute of CPA’s and the California Society of CPA’s.

When not working, Ms. Lally enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shelling on the beach, and officiating at age group swim meets.
